  • Serve as executive business partner and trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success, and key enterprise customers and partners, championing immersive advisory support for strategic accounts and partners.
  • Define and operationalize a vision for outcome/value selling with pragmatic roadmaps anchored on the Splunk platform and Cisco/Splunk product tech-stack.
  • Drive the strategy, technical direction, and executive guidance for top accounts, focusing on the development and execution of regional and vertical solutions.
  • Foster a “regional team” culture by uniting cross-functional teams, building strong internal and external relationships, and establishing shared vision and priorities.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end, direct as well as partner-led co-selling motions, aligning with ecosystem leaders to accelerate pipeline, ARR, and deliver programmatic growth.
  • Lead and mentor solutions architects, domain-specific advisor, and managers, ensuring high professional standards, talent development, and retention.
  • Champion thought leadership to influence executives, shape markets, and elevate the Strategic Advisory and Solutions Engineering brand internally and externally.
  • Develop and lead APJC-wide programs, coordinating cross-functional execution, governance, and Customer Advisory Boards to capture market feedback and inform GTM strategies.
  • Represent Splunk/Cisco at, but not limited to, executive briefings, industry forums and key customer/partner engagements, communicating complex technical ideas with clarity and executive presence.
  • Set and track KPIs, using metrics and data to continually assess sales and talent performance, drive continuous improvement, and maximize customer lifetime value and retention.
  • Collaborate with global specialist organizations, product advisors, and GTM teams to co-develop propositions, methods, and advisory workshops.
  • Established regional and vertical programs that unified architecture, engineering, and advisory resources, driving stronger partner and ecosystem engagement.
Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing customer-facing technical teams in large, complex, and matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and communicate a clear technology vision aligned to business outcomes, engaging credibly with C-level executives on strategy, transformation, and modernization.
  • Strong architectural fluency in secure, scalable, cloud environments (distributed systems, data platforms, observability, cybersecurity) and deep understanding of IT, Security, DevOps, and digital transformation.
  • Proven expertise in outcome/value selling, consultative and solution selling, and business value consulting for top accounts.
Additional Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Splunk technologies will be highly preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, building alliances, and influencing across diverse, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with a track record presenting to C-level customers and stakeholders and simplifying complex technical concepts.
  • Highly analytical, results-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
