The opportunity

As an Area Sales Manager with Consilium Safety Pte. Ltd., you will play a key role in driving the company’s sales performance and expanding its presence in the region. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of a dynamic and innovative safety solutions provider.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within your assigned territory
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship‑building
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Provide feedback and insights to the leadership team to inform product development and strategic decision‑making
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sale preferably within the safety equipment or related industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving and customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in using sales automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
