Job summary

A global supplier of cutting fluids is seeking an Area Sales Manager based in Singapore. The role focuses on developing direct sales and managing territories in Singapore and nearby regions. Candidates should have a mechanical engineering degree and approximately 5 years of experience in sales or technical service within related industries. The position involves customer retention, sales forecasting, and implementing company processes in a dynamic working environment.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Area Sales Manager Your tasks
  • Develop direct Sales in Singapore and diversifying.
  • Develop assigned territories such as Batam, Philippines and Australia, New Zealand through business partners and diversifying.
  • Develop value proposition based upon Liquidtool using 4 step sales process to end customers and business partners.
  • Conduct & document TESTs with productivity, tool life aspects and other related aspects in machining.
  • Complaints handling in accounts.
  • Retain customers by implementing Retention plans.
  • Work on Vital Parameters execution and implement in assigned territories.
  • Handle overdues in the assigned territories.
  • Coordinate initiatives and activities between IPs with contacts and responsible markets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Lead and ensure the execution of “Take 25” strategy in the region.
  • CRM usage / updates for handling customers and managing daily business.
  • Implement Blaser Swisslube processes and make Liquid Tool – Our way of life!
  • Live the Blaser Swisslube Constitution and code of conduct.
Your profile
  • University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
  • ~ 5 years as sales or Technical service in Machine Tools / Cutting tools or other Mechanism relevant industries.
  • Negotiation skills, communicate skill, leadership skill and good product knowledge.
