We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of interior and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the entire project lifecycle—from conceptual design to completion—while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage multiple design and construction projects from concept development to completion.

2. Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

3. Work closely with designers, drafters, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication across all stages.

4. Conduct project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

5. Attend client meetings and site inspections, providing professional updates and addressing any design or construction issues.

6. Oversee tender documentation, authority submissions, and technical compliance requirements.

7. Monitor project progress, quality control, and cost management, ensuring alignment with company standards.

8. Manage variations, resolve site challenges, and ensure all deliverables meet safety and design standards.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural or interior project management.

3. Proficient in AutoCAD, with knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D tools as an advantage.

4. Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and technical drawings.

5. Excellent project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.

6. Independent, responsible, and highly motivated with strong attention to detail.

7. Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and work well under pressure.

8. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
