Job summary

A major construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced architectural supervisor with at least 7-8 years in the construction field. The role involves coordinating design drawings, overseeing architectural works, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Candidates with experience in A&A works and LTA projects will have an advantage. A degree or diploma in Architecture is required. This position requires onsite work, offering the opportunity to lead complex architectural projects.

Job Description

• Coordinate of design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Review project specification, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, sub-con on technical matters
• Ensure all submission of detail drawings, materials and mock up for early approval
• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Review and revise the current revision status
• Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Check on site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement

• At least 7-8 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for project of similar scale complexity, and nature of work, including A&A works within existing rail infrastructure.
• Ability to oversee all architectural works.
• Degree / Diploma in Architectural or equivalent.
• Having experiences in LTA Project would be bonus and advantageous.
• Willing to work in site office.
