Job Summary (General Nature / Objectives of the Job): The Architectural Coordinator oversees architectural works, ensuring design intent is accurately executed on-site. They coordinate between architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure that construction complies with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and review architectural drawings and documents.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors for design clarifications.
- Ensure design changes are communicated and implemented on-site.
- Monitor construction progress to align with the architectural design.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any architectural discrepancies.
- Support project management and provide technical input as required.

Experience Required
- 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination or architectural roles.
- Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects is an advantage.
- Must be able to show experience in construction administration, document production and design experience.
- Must be proficient in REVIT with experience in all Microsoft Office Suite programs required.
