Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Supervisor to oversee project execution and ensure quality compliance. Key responsibilities include supervising architectural works, scheduling, and coordination with clients and subcontractors. Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supervision and drafting. Strong communication skills are essential, and preference will be given to PR/Singapore Citizens.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building/warehouse/HDB/maintenance construction.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in drafting using the software.
• Prefer PR / Singapore Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing the company projects in architectural works in building construction.
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
• Supervise project activities to comply with the Company’s ISO system.
