Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Supervisor to oversee project execution and ensure quality compliance. Key responsibilities include supervising architectural works, scheduling, and coordination with clients and subcontractors. Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supervision and drafting. Strong communication skills are essential, and preference will be given to PR/Singapore Citizens.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building/warehouse/HDB/maintenance construction.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in drafting using the software.
• Prefer PR / Singapore Citizen.

JOB SCOPE

Responsible for executing the company projects in architectural works in building construction which covers:

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations
• Supervise project activities to comply with the Company’s ISO system
• Study all the drawing and prepare for shop drawing submission and get approval from consultants
• To prepare all the As‑Built drawing in the final stage

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Architectural
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building/warehouse/HDB/maintenance construction
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in drafting using the software
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
• Prefer PR / Singapore Citizen
