Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to oversee project management and coordination with authorities. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, possess a Degree or Diploma in Architecture, and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. This role involves ensuring design quality and compliance with regulations while managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently on managing a range of projects.
• Familiarity with prevailing regulations and codes (URA, BCA, etc.) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with authorities to obtain statutory approval.
• Manage project-relevant issues with clients.
