Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Architect with a valid QP License. The role involves overseeing complex architectural projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring adherence to regulations. Candidates should have a degree in Architecture and at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a senior role. Strong technical skills and project management experience are essential. The position offers a competitive salary between $6,000 and $9,000 monthly, and candidates are expected to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

  • A Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA), holding a valid practicing certificate

  • Familiar with regulatory requirements like URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, and relevant building codes
  • Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software, 3D modelling, and other industry-standard design tools
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross‑functional teams effectively
  • Ability to translate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
  • Overseeing the design and development of complex architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgets, and timelines
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions
  • Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant
  • Conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and presenting design proposals to stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture
  • Contributing to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in pitch presentations
