Job description
    The Supplier Labor Management Associate Specialist is responsible for supporting new implementation and program expansion globally. Additionally, the role involves overseeing ongoing program office management, including processes, procedures, reporting, analytics, and insights for EU and IND regions.You will lead the team in expanding the new module of Fieldglass to be rolled out to all countries, ensuring that all suppliers enroll and meet the expectations of program requirements. It is crucial to ensure on-time deployment of program expansion and meet project deadlines. You will also be responsible for overseeing the overall change management plan for effective communication to IT leadership and stakeholders globally.As a Supplier Labor Management Associate Specialist, your responsibilities include leading Fieldglass implementations and maintaining program excellence in all countries. You will lead the managed service provider supporting PepsiCo IT's external labor management program, ensuring adherence to PepsiCo Policies, Procedures, Contractual commitments, and other requirements. Reporting all results to the Program lead and developing remedial plans are essential tasks in this role.Furthermore, you will lead the development and oversight of quarterly audits on the program to ensure policy and procedure adherence set forth in the program manual and implement effective remediation plans where needed. Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on all relevant service and supplier performance metrics, including contract SLAs and KPIs, as well as working with IT leadership and key PepsiCo stakeholders on program feedback to improve the user experience are part of your responsibilities.Developing a governance structure for the strategic goal of supplier consolidation and configuration changes to ensure global process consistency is a key aspect of the role. You will also serve as the escalation point for all program-related issues to support analysts, lead and develop automation on existing processes for efficiency and cost savings, and manage all configuration changes globally to meet stakeholder needs.Additionally, you will have a dotted line manager experience with country analysts, ensure the MSP is meeting contractual commitments and cost savings goals, and report, analyze, and gain insights to develop and execute productivity initiatives to meet the team's goals. Developing and designing analytics dashboards used to present data to executive committees and IT leadership is also part of the responsibilities.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree with 9-11 years of IT experience within or interacting with IT, or a Master's Degree with 4-6 years of demonstrated experience working with complex global commercial IT contracts and outsourcing constructs and agreements. Additionally, you should have experience providing support to global Information Technology groups and organizations, managing supplier and/or client relationships, and governance responsibilities. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently, adhere to company policies and procedures, and deliver credible insights through work products and communications are essential qualities for this role.,
