Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a professional for installation, technical support, and project management of Klarity Defect products. Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of one year of experience in Defect System Administration. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows, UNIX/Linux, and programming skills in C, C#, Python, along with strong problem-solving abilities is required. This role involves collaboration with business units and requires up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Defect System Administration.
• Experience with Klarity Defect is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and system architecture is desirable.
• Understanding of containers and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Familiarity with cloud environments.
• Programming skills in C, C#, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Oracle Database administration and PL/SQL.
• Strong software documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, upgrade, and technical support activities for Klarity Defect products.
• Manage customer-site projects involving beta and evaluation product adoption.
• Collaborate with HQ and local Business Units to help achieve business and operational goals.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, issue analysis, and root-cause resolution.
• Prepare and maintain clear and comprehensive software documentation.
