Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Developer with deep expertise in Sitecore XM cloud to design, develop and implement scalable digital experience solutions. This role will be integral in driving our customer experience initiatives using Sitecore.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performing Sitecore based websites and digital experience platforms using Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Implement headless CMS architecture, integrating with Sitecore with Next.js, React, or any other front-end framework.
• Configure and customize Sitecore pipelines, workflows, and content models in alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams, backed developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver seamless content driven experiences.
• Manage multi-site and multilingual implementation solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting Sitecore XM Cloud deployments.
• Should be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
• Stay updated on latest Sitecore features, including Content Hub, Personalize, and Search

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
• 4 – 7 years of experience as a Sitecore Developer, including hands‑on work with XM cloud.
• Certification as a Sitecore Developer (XM Cloud) is required.
• Proven experience with Sitecore 10.x and modern composable architecture.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, and RESTfull APIs.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, or Next.js)
• Experience deploying solutions on AWS/Azure and managing Sitecore environments in Cloud PaaS/SaaS models.
• General or Familiarity with Sitecore Containers, Headless Services, and Sitecore CLI/SER tools.
• Understanding of content serialization tools like Unicorn or Sitecore Serialization.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast paced environment.
• Seasoned experience with Programming Languages such as (but not limited to) C, C++, Java, Python.
• Seasoned experienced with Linux or Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Seasoned experience working with SQL.
• Seasoned project management experience and/or experience working in an Agile environment.
