Job Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Medical and Healthcare Software Application Systems
• Perform user requirements analysis.
• Perform application build and implementation.
• Conduct application system testing and support.
• Require 24x7 on call standby support on rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering (Computer) and Biomedical Engineering.
• Familiar with Windows 2016 and above, UNIX/LINUX and Oracle / MS-SQL database or experience in IT support job or familiar with the workflow of Clinical Laboratory.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Possess resourcefulness, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
