Job description

Job Details:

• 27 November – 27 December 2025 (must be able to fully commit)
• Salary: $12/hr
• Location: Changi Airport Terminals (T1 / T3 / T4)
• Working days/hours depends on duty roaster (5 days work per week )
• Either shift from 11am-11pm OR 6am-6pm OR 8am-8pm (candidate will be working 9 – 10 hours , excluding 2 hours of unpaid break)
• Attire: T-shirt will be provided, long dark colored pants and covered shoes.
• Product Training will be provided.

This candidate will be responsible for the following area:

• Promote the use of app and other countries to Singapore travelers
• Proactively reach out to Singapore travelers and assist pax for the following: Download the mobile App, Activate the app, Provide referral code before completing the registration , etc
• To distribute marketing collaterals to identified Singapore travelers.
• Answer FAQs and troubleshooting for app

Requirements:

• Highly motivated, able to work fast, smart, and independently.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, sales driven and always eager to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Pro-active to approach people for registration
• Is digitally/ tech-savvy, know how to download mobile applications
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Must be able to work during the weekends.
• Technical Savvy: Quick ability to troubleshoot basic app download and sign-up issues on various smartphones (if possible)
