Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales, Business Management, or a related analytical role.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize sales operations processes and support the GTM strategy.
  • Support APJC annual planning, including quota setting and resource allocation.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to identify business trends.
