You are a technically adept and customer-focused API & Product Support Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience or above. You will be working in the US Shift (Night Shift) mode for 5 days a week at TechRyde Private Limited located in Sector-62, Noida. Your role involves providing high-quality technical support, ensuring smooth integration and operation of software products, and solving customer issues efficiently.Your responsibilities will include providing technical product support to clients via email, chat, or calls, focusing on API-related issues and product functionalities. You will perform API testing and troubleshooting using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar platforms. Collaborating with internal teams, you will analyze, diagnose, and resolve integration or application issues. Additionally, you will assist customers in understanding and implementing APIs, maintain product knowledge, document common issues, and escalate complex issues when necessary.To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in technical support, API support, or product support roles. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, API documentation, and integration practices is required. Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, or other API testing tools is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to technical issues are also necessary.
