Job summary

A leading fintech startup in Singapore is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage client onboarding and deployment of their Treasury Operating System. This role requires a blend of treasury process expertise and technical understanding to guide clients through integration and adoption of various financial modules. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong project management skills, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups in enterprise environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and deployment for Finmo's Treasury Operating System.
• Lead full implementation cycle including discovery, configuration, and testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams for troubleshooting.
