We are looking for an APAC Retail Process Manager.

About the Job

The APAC Retail Process Manager will participate to Clarins off-line Direct to Consumer acceleration providing to our boutiques and department stores strong, performing and innovating technological solutions and improving customer experience.

Manage and implement project (from conception to post go live) to complete/improve/make reliable technological solutions in Clarins stores (in Clarins own boutiques, in corners and department stores).

Bring support to applications developed.

Retail Business Process Definition and Formalization for APAC
  • Define retail business in boutiques and spa
  • Harmonize processes
  • Audit and legal coordination for retail process definition (user rights, anonymization of customer database, data harmonization)
  • Share best practices
  • Communicate with regions and local markets on retail business processes
  • Follow up the implementation and guarantee efficiency
Project Management, Implementation & Delivery for APAC
Project Management
  • Manage Retail technology projects regionaly
  • Follow and coordinate tasks assigned to the regional team (IT, CRM, Retail team)
  • Help to define regional project planning according to local specificities
  • Inform local markets on IT Retail roadmap
  • Communicate with local markets all along the project: deadline, workload, implication
  • Organize project committee and write minutes
  • Ensure good communication with all members of the project
  • Provide visibility on planning and deliveries to project sponsors
Implementation
  • Organize, coordinate and follow daily tasks linked to the project
  • Help to design new features and new requirements settings
  • Write functional and technical specifications
  • Write tests cases and execute tests cases
  • Organize and participate to UAT and follow KPI of achievements
Delivery
  • Organize release go live
  • Write project documentation: training guide
  • Train key user and users
  • Organize post go live support and run for level 2 in APAC
Support to solution in production (Run) for APAC region
  • Coordinate and solve issues on IT Retail applications with APAC IT Team and Global IT Team
You Have:
Education/Degree:
  • Business school or engineer master degree
Background including total years of experience:
  • 5+ year experience in retail operations in store (POS operations knowledge)
  • Project management in Retail tool deployment (POS and/or Clienteling)
  • IS architecture understanding
  • Ability to write specifications for IT and training tools end users
