The APAC Product Marketing team drives commercial success across the region by developing tailored product strategies for our clinical portfolio. With a focus on differentiated value propositions and market-specific approaches, the team ensures our products resonate across diverse patient segments and healthcare systems. They collaborate closely with global Market Insights and CX teams to gather data, understand customer needs, and assess competitive dynamics.
By aligning with global product teams, the team advocates for regional priorities and contributes to lifecycle management and strategic planning. Their strength lies in combining medical device and healthcare expertise with analytical rigor to define effective positioning and drive growth across multiple channels and geographies.
You will develop and guide implementation of short and long-term strategic product development plans, including support of annual brand plan development, with a focus on creating a clear value proposition to win in diverse markets, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
You will act as a brand custodian to ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels, while guiding country teams to deliver outstanding commercial product campaign and customer engagement strategies across target audience groups (including HCP’s, consumers and payors).
You will collaborate with Market Insights, CX & local marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform product decisions and enhance the value proposition for specific markets.
You will work closely with global product teams to align regional market needs and provide valuable insights into future planning and development.
You will lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and market entries, ensuring they align with the established value proposition.
You will provide guidance, support and project management for product lifecycle management, from launch through growth, maturity, and end-of-life strategies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless understanding of the product strategy and its integration into product plans and messaging, connecting the strategy to implementable campaigns.
You will review product performance analyses and market insights to make data-driven decisions and take corrective actions when necessary.
You will keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to support continuous improvement and innovation within the product portfolio.
You will lead various functional teams to build and get approval from leadership teams for geographical expansion business cases.
