A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a Technical Trainer & Field Application Specialist to deliver essential trainings and provide in-field support for Casambi networks across APAC. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in lighting control systems and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. The candidate must have a certification in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. A willingness to travel within the APAC region (approx. 20-30%) is essential. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in lighting control systems or field applications.
• Prior experience conducting technical training is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Bluetooth® Mesh networks and DMX protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to customers and partners both online and in-person.
• Provide onsite and remote support for system setup and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the support team to ensure delivery quality.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Lighting control protocols

Fluent in both English and Chinese

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education
