Qualifications

• 6 to 11 years of post-qualification experience in legal roles.

Responsibilities

• Support business development by assessing legal feasibility and preparing agreements.
• Draft and negotiate contracts including real estate and IT.
• Manage external counsel and ensure legal documentation efficiency.
