Responsibilities

Strategy development and business planning

  • Conceptualize, plan and manage and execute strategic projects
  • Support sector initiatives related to budgeting, vendor engagement, workforce planning, and governance
Project management and business transformation
  • Track and lead projects / initiatives with key stakeholders to deliver intended results
  • Proactive in anticipating and resolving issues to ensure tasks are executed in a timely manner
  • Document and follow through on action items, decisions and cross-functional alignment
Reporting and data analytics
  • Deliver insights on market competition / regulatory landscape and key trends
  • Compile thoughtful post-mortem analyses to determine areas for optimization and develop action plans for improvement
  • Preparation of management reports for management and board meetings
Communication and engagements
  • Plan and maintain Technology event calendar as well as organize townhalls, team building meetings
  • Prepare high-quality presentation materials, briefing packs, and narratives
  • Draft clear, structured content for internal communication channels, including sector updates, leadership messages, and townhall materials.
Continuous process improvements
  • Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvements in processes / systems / policies
Requirements
  • A good Degree with at 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in strategy and transformation, demonstrated project management experience in financial institutions
  • Excellent data analytics skills with hands‑on experience in statistical tools
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, able to produce impactful Powerpoint presentation decks
  • Good organising, follow‑up skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholders’ management skills
