Job Summary

This role is ideal for intellectually curious and commercially minded individuals motivated to build the future of financial services. You will support Investor Relations and Corporate Development by delivering financial analysis, fundraising support, and strategic initiatives across the group and its operating companies.

Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Fundraising Support

  • Prepare high‑quality investor materials such as pitch decks, financial models, and investor updates to drive successful fundraising initiatives
  • Manage investor outreach tracking, follow‑ups, and pipeline to maintain strong investor engagement
  • Coordinate and organize data rooms and due diligence materials to facilitate efficient fundraising processes
  • Conduct market, investor, and peer benchmarking research to inform capital‑raising strategies

Presentation Development & Storyboarding

  • Develop, structure, and storyboard investor presentations in collaboration with senior leadership to communicate strategic priorities clearly
  • Translate complex financial and strategic data into compelling, investor‑ready narratives that influence decision‑making
  • Create executive‑level PowerPoint presentations for investors, board meetings, and internal stakeholders ensuring clarity and impact
  • Maintain consistency of messaging, visuals, and data across all investor‑facing materials to uphold professionalism

Financial Analysis & Modeling

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models including forecasts, scenario analyses, and valuations to support strategic decisions
  • Analyze group and operating company performance to generate insights for investor reporting and corporate strategy
  • Prepare sensitivity analyses and commercial assessments to evaluate fundraising and strategic initiatives

Corporate Development & M&A Support

  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities through financial analysis, market mapping, and benchmarking to support growth strategies
  • Assist in preparing investment memoranda and internal decision‑making materials to facilitate informed executive decisions
  • Support transaction execution by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth processes

Reporting & Stakeholder Support

  • Prepare quarterly and ad hoc investor reports including performance summaries and KPI dashboards to maintain transparency
  • Coordinate inputs from finance, legal, and operating teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of investor communications
  • Uphold high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism across all investor relations materials
Required competencies and certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in investment banking or a Big Four audit firm with exposure to M&A advisory, transaction services, or corporate finance
  • Proven ability to develop investor‑ready presentations by structuring and storyboarding complex financial and strategic narratives
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills demonstrated through hands‑on experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools) to produce high‑quality deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and visual clarity
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and perform effectively under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior executives, investors, and external advisors
  • Highly proactive, hands‑on, and execution‑driven approach
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
