Job Purpose

Allianz Apprenticeship programme is a 12-month programme. The objective of this programme is to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals who will become future leaders in the company, while also fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment. The programme will commence in mid-April 2026. Business Functions : Enterprise Architecture - Data and AI

What you do

You will be working with the Regional Data and AI Lead. Key responsibilities include :

• Assist Regional Data and AI Lead to drive the delivery of a Regional Agentic AI use‑cases across Insurance Policy Servicing, Onboarding, and Claims functions.
• Ensure Responsible AI governance processes are being followed.
• Work with entities to ensure business rules and requirements are properly documented.
• Work with colleagues and delivery partners to ensure progress is on track.
• Attend meetings, record, and follow up on action items.

Involvement in a Sustainability year‑long project for all apprentices, with final presentation at AZAP Stand‑up or the Board Members.

Job Rotation

Apprentice will be rotated (2 week stints) through other IT Governance functions: IT Security, IT Finance, and Architecture.

Mentorship Programme

Apprentice will be mentored by Regional Head of Technology and Architecture. Monthly 1‑to‑1 sessions (30 min) will be scheduled throughout the programme.

• Tech savvy with AI‑skills e.g., ChatGPT and Copilot an advantage.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
