The Position

Drive strategic priorities for Organon Asia Pacific cluster
Be part of a high-performing team to drive strong results for the business and significant impact for customers
Location: Multiple locations (moderate overseas travel, once or twice per month)
Reporting to: Direct reporting to Executive Director, Alliance Lead AP cluster
Work closely with Commercial Director (from AP cluster), Executive Director, Alliance Lead AP cluster and other relevant functions in Organon AP cluster to develop clear strategy for Organon’s portfolio that is currently managed by partners for AP cluster (“Portfolio”).
Work collaboratively with partners to ensure Portfolio strategy is aligned and cascaded through the partner organization. The role will be working with Menarini portfolio in designated markets including SG, MY, HK, Indonesia and Philippines.
Work collaboratively with partners to ensure robust in-market execution plans are in place for each segment of the Portfolio.
Establish strong working relationship with partners to foster a culture of ‘working together as a team’.
Responsible for day-to-day operational matters which will require strong cross-functional coordination within Organon and with the partner.
Establish clear and comprehensive dashboards to track in-market performance.
Develop thorough understanding of the agreements and addendums.
Establish and implement governance and performance management framework, templates / dashboards and processes in accordance with agreements and addendums. Ensure internal alignment and with partners prior to implementation.
Lead Operational reviews and support in facilitation of Steering Committee meetings.
Work with Organon’s Compliance function (including Business Process Officer) to ensure partner’s adherence to Compliance requirements in letter and in spirit.
Assess / evaluate business cases put forth by the partner and provide recommendations to Commercial Director and regional Alliance Management Director.
Collaborate with partner to identify new business opportunities within the contractual framework and prepare business case for internal management review.
Work closely with partners and internal stakeholders in ensuring robust planning during planning / budgeting cycles.
Work closely with Commercial Director (AP region), AP cluster leadership team to plan and implement alliance related initiatives.
Candidate should at least have a University degree with major in Business and/or Science
Minimum 7-10 years of work experience after graduation – highly preferred if candidate has Marketing and/or Sales experience in pharmaceuticals industry in AP region
