Job Summary

🗓️Working Days: Work 5 days rest 1 day

⏰Working Hours:

• Shift 1: 6.50am - 3.10pm
• Shift 2: 2.40pm – 11pm
• Shift 3: 10.45pm - 7.05am (+ Night Shift Allowance)

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Handle cash and card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS).
• Perform daily opening, closing, and cash reconciliation for POS and BSS systems.
• Provide bag-wrapping services and promote baggage services or related products.
• Conduct baggage inspections in adherence to security procedures and airport regulations.
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
