How you create impact
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to manage live aviation jobs, ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee daily control tower operations — maintaining real‑time visibility, proactively resolving exceptions, and ensuring all service level commitments are met.
  • Collaborate closely with airlines, logistics partners, and internal teams to deliver smooth cargo handling and strengthen network reliability.
  • Monitor performance through data and KPIs, identifying opportunities for process and cost improvements.
  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Quality teams to support customer onboarding and continuous service enhancement.
  • Contribute to Sterling’s growth in APAC by implementing network strategies that scale operations and reinforce our position as a trusted aviation logistics partner.
What we would like you to bring
  • Proven experience in operations management, customer relationship management, or control tower leadership, ideally within aviation or logistics.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking — able to interpret performance data and translate insights into improvement actions.
