A growing freight forwarder specializing in air freight solutions. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a Supervisor (Air Export Operations) to lead our export team and help drive service excellence.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead air export operations team

2. Oversee AWB execution, export documentation, permits and Certificates of Origin, and coordination with transport for cargo checks and transfers

3. Improve existing processes and develop new SOPs for efficiency, compliance, and new customer requirements

4. Partner with other departments to ensure smooth customer experience

5. Lead and manage air export operations team. Ensure efficient and smooth operation of air export operations department.

6. Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
