You will assist in analyzing product and installation failures while working closely with Customer Service and technical teams. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service role within a technical/mechanical building engineering environment.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to improve established processes based on field requests.
