The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative solutions that leverage advanced AI technologies, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs), to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Implement AI-driven functionalities, such as intelligent chatbots, to enhance user interaction and support.
• Analyze user feedback and system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve any defects or issues identified during testing or reported by users.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for features and updates.
• Work on cloud-based development and deployment projects.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and develop AI-powered product features using NLP and LLM technologies.

Skills Required:

• Core Technologies: C#, SQL Server, .NET, AWS/Azure Cloud (preferred).
• Additional Skills: Python, MCP, Agentic Programming (desirable).
• Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, and chatbot development is highly desirable.
