Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end management of AI programs focused on semiconductor manufacturing and process optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with semiconductor process engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models in computer vision for defect detection, wafer inspection, and process monitoring.
  • Drive predictive analytics initiatives to forecast equipment failures, optimize process parameters, and improve yield.
  • Manage projects involving advanced AI technologies such as Vision-Language Agents (VLA), Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and agentic embodied AI systems.
  • Facilitate communication between AI teams and semiconductor domain experts to ensure alignment on technical requirements and business goals.
  • Define KPIs, track progress, and report on AI program outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and semiconductor technology to continuously innovate and improve AI applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and data governance policies.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, AI/ML, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing, robotics automation, or AI model deployment.
  • Experience deploying AI/vision models in industrial environments (manufacturing, automotive, electronics) is a plus.
  • Prior experience with embodied AI training using VLM, VLA, and Omniverse highly desirable.
  • This role may require candidate to travel between different manufacturing sites of the company.
  • Experience with cleanroom operation or ISO 14644 standards preferred.
