We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Product organization as a AI Product Manager ,sitting in the Global Expansion Platform (GEP) team. Reporting directly to theProduct Manager, this is a full-time and permanent position based in Singapore.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product ownership ofgoal-based, agentic AI workflows that autonomously pursue complex service-driven objectives and execute multi-step business processes. You will build internal and client-facing autonomous AI systems that materially reduce operational cost and turnaround time, while elevating how our clients and teams experience service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the AI vision, scope, and roadmap for agentic AI and autonomous workflow systems, spanning both internal and client-facing AI systems.
  • Lead discovery, scoping, and drafting of comprehensive PRDs for AI initiatives, translating complex business problems into requirements for AI solutions.
  • Partner closely with engineering and data teams to define AI system architectures, including agent orchestration, model selection, prompt and tool design, data pipelines, and frameworks across AWS-based cloud infrastructure.
  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI delivery, from ideation, experimentation and prototyping to production, business adoption, and continuous optimisation.
  • Design and operationalize autonomous agentic AI solutions, integrating document ingestion, data parsing, templating/generation.
  • Automate high-volume, time-consuming, low-fulfilment service tasks, to enable meaningful cost reduction and freeing human capacity for higher-value work.
  • Drive AI product evaluations, model and agent effectiveness, autonomous goal achievement rates, user adoption, and realised business impact.
  • Work deeply with Legal, InfoSec, Operations, Commercial, and external cloud or AI partners to ensure all AI solutions meet regulatory, security, governance, and ethical standards in regulated environments.
  • Operate within the Agile product framework, driving scrum rituals, backlog refinement, and outcome-driven execution for AI initiatives.
  • Track KPIs including automation rate, autonomous success rate and adoption, driving continuous improvement on measurable business impact.
  • Be the AI SME across business verticals, communicating roadmap, progress, risks, and outcomes with clarity to technical and business stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management, with hands‑on ownership of complex digital, data, or AI‑enabled products in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in building agentic AI systems and translating complex business objectives into execution‑ready PRDs with acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes, that materially improve operational efficiency in B2B service delivery contexts.
  • Manage the AI product development lifecycle end‑to‑end, from ideation and experimentation through launch and post‑production optimisation.
  • Deep practical knowledge of agentic AI technologies, including: Autonomous decision‑making systems; Natural language understanding and generation; Workflow and multi‑agent orchestration
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS products, AI‑SDLC, and security, privacy, and compliance obligations.
  • Strong hands‑on understanding of agentic AI technologies, including: LLMs / GenAI, Agentic AI and autonomous workflow orchestration, Document AI / OCR, Predictive analytics & ML, RPA + AI, Data platforms & embeddings, AI governance and risk frameworks
  • Familiarity with modern cloud‑native AI stacks.
  • Deep working knowledge of AWS AI services, including Amazon Bedrock (Agents & Agent Core), SageMaker, Textract, and Comprehend, as well as supporting services such as Lambda, S3, vector databases, and MLOps pipelines.
  • Experience operating in Agile product squads, with a strong bias toward iterative delivery and outcome‑driven execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge deeply technical and business audiences.
Bonus Experience
  • Background in regulated industries such as financial services, compliance, legal, or trust services.
  • Exposure to AI governance, ethics, model risk management, and data privacy engineering at enterprise scale.
  • Direct experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Vertex, etc.).
  • AI‑relevant certifications such as AWS AI Practitioner, Machine Learning certifications, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with high‑volume, transaction‑heavy operational systems.
