Role Overview

We’re looking for a versatile AI & Digital Transformation Engineer who can bridge engineering and operations—building frameworks, automating workflows, and leveraging AI to optimize how every team works.

You’ll work closely with various functional departments to translate business operations into measurable, data-rich, and partially automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Integration & Engineering
  • Integrate AI technologies (LLMs, text classification, GPT-based automation agents, computer vision, etc.) into internal workflows.
  • Develop AI-powered prototypes and proof-of-concepts, validate business value, and work with engineering to scale successful pilots.
  • Operationalize model APIs and optimize their performance for production usage.
• System Architecture & DevOps
  • Build and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js.
  • Design microservices and APIs that connect internal systems (e.g., CRM, localization platforms, analytics).
  • Deploy and maintain applications using Docker/Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and scalability across global teams.
• Data & Workflow Automation
  • Develop lightweight backend services or web tools that automate manual reporting, task tracking and content processing.
  • Design event-driven systems and feedback loops that turn operational data into actionable insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years experience in software engineering, data engineering, or automation-focused roles. Strong scripting and backend development skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Applied AI: experience integrating AI/ML models or API-based AI service (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) into application or tools. Hands‑on experience with AIGC, RAG pipelines, or agentic AI systems.
• Data competency: familiar with SQL/NoSQL database and basic data modeling
• Communication: Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills; can work across business and tech teams.
• Language: English required, Mandarin a plus (for internal communication with Chinese‑speaking teams).
• Bonus/good‑to‑have:
  • Experience in game industry or interest in game workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI‑powered localization, content creation platform or chat‑bot systems.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
