Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a Pre Delivery Inspections role. Responsibilities include coordinating PDI operations, maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and providing support to sales personnel. Candidates should have NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent, at least 1 year of relevant PDI experience, and a valid Class 3 driving license. The role requires attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the coordination of work involved in Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI).
  • Administer all PDI documentations in areas of job cards, invoices, warranty claims, creation of purchase orders and GRNs.
  • Assign and monitor PDI work performed by technicians.
  • Liaise with contractors for necessary PDI work.
  • Perform quality checks on PDI work carried out by technicians and contractors.
  • Ensure new cars meet quality standards and customer expectations at delivery.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to sales personnel at the point of delivery.
  • Follow up on outstanding PDI work after delivery.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Education

NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent
Job description
  • Salary: $2,500 - $2,800 + OT
  • Working days: 5.25 days (Alt Sat)
  • Working Hours: Monto Fri: 8am to 5.30pm / Sat(Alt): 8am – 12pm
  • Location: Ubi
