• Arranging work orders to execute job requests.
• Controlling and monitoring work progress.
• Raising local orders for outside transactions.
• Providing after-sales support.
• Mobilizing servicemen for optimum utilization.
• Organizing works to subcontractors.
• Troubleshooting problems as needed.
• Closing work orders and invoicing customers quickly.
• Providing technical support for all products.
• Supervising staff on warranty SIM reports.
• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
