Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales, and Service Teams to align on post-sales expectations and ensure all required information is provided
  • Conduct regular account reviews with end-users and drive post-sales revenue growth
  • Manage service delivery for clients locally and regionally
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards
  • Proactively understand client needs and deliver solutions to meet them
  • Support the growth of existing accounts and contribute to new business opportunities
  • Review and manage customer service contracts and service level standards
  • Address customer complaints and work with teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with management to execute customer-focused growth strategies
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma in relevant fields
  • Min 2 years experience in AV/IT industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Location: Tai Seng
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
  • Salary: Up to $6500
