Job summary

A leading precision engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist. The role involves ensuring products meet quality standards, conducting inspections, and collaborating with suppliers. Required qualifications include a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Management and at least 3 years of experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in aerospace/manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in understanding engineering drawings with sound knowledge of GD&T.
• Knowledge and application of Quality Tools – SPC, PFMEA, would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication.
• Team player with a high level of commitment and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet company QMS system and specifications.
• Perform thorough inspections of precision-engineered parts.
• Investigate root causes of deviations in precision-engineered parts.
• Conduct MSA studies for measurement accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with suppliers for raw materials quality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards.
• Engage with customers to address quality concerns.
