Job summary

A local accounting firm in Singapore is seeking a part-time administrative professional to assist with various tasks, including handling email communications, preparing corporate documents, and conducting city trips for meetings with government entities. The ideal candidate will also be involved in sourcing and interviewing potential candidates for recruitment purposes. This position requires 5 hours of work each day from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates for recruitment.
  • Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates.
  • File ACRA documents.
  • Communicate with Singaporean government bodies.

  • Initial Interview with potential candidates
  • ACRA filings
  • Communications with government bodies of Singapore
