Job summary

A private firm in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional to handle procurement tasks, invoicing, and basic accounting duties. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Business/Accounting and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle purchase orders (POs), invoicing and data entry for procurement and billing.
  • Liaise with and lock prices with overseas vendors to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply.
  • Maintain and update vendor lists, price records, and purchase tracking logs.
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as verifying invoices, tracking payments, and preparing reports.
  • Support sales and finance teams with document coordination and order summaries.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including record management, filing, and correspondence.
  • Take on ad-hoc assignments as required to support operations and management.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in admin, procurement, or accounting support.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office / Excel and data entry accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in accounting or sales support is an added advantage.
