We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre‑mix production and construction waste recycling.

Administrative Executive

To manage, review, and enhance project administrative processes, ensuring effective claims management, documentation control, and coordination across project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support the full project claiming process, including claims review, approval workflows, and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and validate project documentation, reports, and claims prepared by administrative staff prior to submission for approvals.
  • Enhance project administrative workflows and ensure consistent application of procedures across projects.
  • Support project operations by coordinating communication with authorities, agencies, service providers, supervisors, and internal departments.
  • Assist in the implementation, administration, and improvement of project‑related applications and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor project claims and administrative deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in project administration processes and recommend practical improvements.
  • Provide guidance and on‑the‑job support to administrative staff to strengthen overall project administration capability.
  • Prepare summary reports, dashboards, and management updates related to project progress, claims status, and approvals.
  • Support meeting coordination, including preparation of meeting minutes, action lists, and follow‑up tracking when required.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project administration, claims management, or project support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of project documentation, claims processes, and authority submission requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project‑related systems/applications.
