Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities across our client and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling client enquiries and day-to-day administrative requests.
  • Support the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of client and internal documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather required information and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, onboarding activities, and operational arrangements.
  • Support client onboarding into internal systems and platforms.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, record-keeping, and system updates.
  • Assist in maintaining proper records in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support smooth service delivery and operational workflows.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to ensure day-to-day efficiency.
Requirements
  • Min. ITE/Diploma in Business, Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior admin experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable with occasional client site visits when required.
