Summary

His / her duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the department.

He / she supports the department manager and executives through a variety of tasks related to department and communications.

He / she is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

He / she is able to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Maintains Golf Handicaps for members.
  • Prepares Entry Sheets for Club Competitions.
  • Liaises with Marcom department on notices for golf-related matters.
  • Prepares score cards for golf competitions.
  • Answers golf enquiries.
  • Co-ordinates all in-house golf competition for Men and Ladies competitions.
  • Functions as the member relations officer as and when required i.e. during shortage of staff or during private competitions.
  • Take score and compiles results.
  • File golf documents and inventory.
  • Assist in Rules & Etiquettes training seminar for new members.
  • Attend monthly Golf/Handicap/Ladies sub-committee meetings and prepare the minutes thereof.
  • Liaise with F&B on event orders, prepare all necessary documents for Accounts and Purchasing.
  • Coordinate and handle golf staff matters eg. annual leave.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum “O” level.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good spoken and written English.
