Job summary

A leading manpower services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative professional to manage the General Office reception and student-related duties. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a GCE N-Level qualification, and strong communication skills in English and one other language. The work hours are Monday to Friday, with a 1-year contract period from January 2026 to December 2026, not requiring weekend services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years admin/reception experience, preferably in an MOE Secondary School.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and one other language.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the General Office reception and attend to enquiries.
  • Update daily student attendance and follow up with absentees.
  • Manage the sickbay and attend to unwell students.

Job description
1. General Office Counter Management
  • Manage the General Office reception and attend to enquiries from students, parents, visitors, and vendors.

  • Handle incoming/outgoing documents and goods delivery.

2. Administrative & Student-Related Duties
  • Update daily student attendance and follow up with absentees.

  • Prepare early-dismissal slips and assist students leaving school for appointments.

  • Manage the sickbay, attend to unwell students, and provide basic first aid.

  • Assist with incident reporting and maintaining student-related records.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years admin/reception experience, preferably in an MOE Secondary School.

  • Minimum GCE N-Level qualification.

  • Good communication and writing skills in English and one other language.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and organisational skills.

Duration/Woking hours

1 year contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Mon-Thurs: 7am-4pm

Fri: 7am-3.30pm

Inclusive of 30 mins lunch break.

Service not required on Sat, Sun and gazette public holiday.
