Job summary

A community organization in Singapore is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth administrative operations.   • Taking accurate minutes during board and committee meetings.
  • Managing RSVPs for meetings and events.
  • Handling facilities booking and responding to inquiries.
  • Planning and executing events from concept to completion.
  • Providing overall administrative support including attending walk-in inquiries.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks.
