  • Ability to edit and create videos is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming emails and respond appropriately.
  • Provide secretarial, administrative, and logistical support for meetings.
  • Assist in event planning and management.
  • Support marketing efforts for events.
  • Liaise with vendors and manage procurement.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.

Role Responsibilities
  • Perform wide variety of administration duties including but not limited to sorting through name lists, registration forms and LinkedIn member lists
  • Promptly receive and screen incoming emails in a professional manner, providing appropriate responses and delivering messages when necessary
  • Provide secretarial, administrative and logistical support for meetings (e.g. scheduling of meetings, collation of materials, venue setup, preparation of the agenda of meetings, tracking of matters arising from meetings etc.)
  • Assist in event planning and management of events (e.g. fireside chats and networking events)
  • Support pre/post event marketing (e.g. creating EDM, after event post on social media)
  • Liaise with vendor and manage procurement
  • Other ad‑hoc administrative support as required to support team.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and Microsoft excel (Vlookup, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrate strong organisation and prioritisation skills to ensure deadlines are met
  • Detailed‑oriented and excellent time management skills

Location of work: Fusionopolis Way

Salary: $2800 - $3600 based on qualifications

Working Hours

Mondays to Thursdays – 8:30am to 6:00pm

Fridays – 8:30am to 5:30pm
