Job summary

A management company in Singapore is seeking a Secretary to provide administrative support to the Director. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with a positive attitude and good communication skills. Experience in the F&B industry is preferred. This role demands self-drive and the ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to the Director, including scheduling meetings.
  • Manage email correspondences and draft replies.
  • Attend to guests and prepare for meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to the Director, including screening of calls, scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Management of email correspondences, drafting of replies
  • Attending to guests and visitors - Preparation for meetings
  • Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients/contact information for the Management Office.
  • General office administrative duties includes attending to walk-ins, assisting to answer phone calls
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
