Job summary

A recruitment agency based in Singapore is seeking an Admin Executive to support the office admin department. The successful candidate will handle finance support like petty cash management and audits, assist with HR tasks such as onboarding and training, and coordinate IT setups. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office are required. This role is on a 3-month contract, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the finance department such as manage petty cash, prepare documents for audits, invoice tracking.
  • Support in daily HR tasks such as staff travel arrangement, new employee onboarding and staff training arrangements.
  • Set up IT equipment for new employees.
  • Coordinate with IT support on domain, website, and general IT matters.
  • Ensure office supplies are adequate and communicate with vendors when necessary.
  • Organise meetings and company events.
