Job summary

A local Chinese restaurant in Singapore is seeking an Admin to perform administrative and HR duties. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate in Mandarin. Responsibilities include supporting various departments, handling queries, and assisting with special projects. An attractive salary package and bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with prior experience in similar administrative role in a Chinese restaurant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to speak and write Mandarin/Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues.
  • Willing to learn and open to taking on a variety of tasks.
  • Team player who is able to work independently.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task and handle high volume of work in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties and support various departments.
  • Assist with operational roles when required and plan company events.
  • Maintain employees’ leaves, medical, and attendance records.
  • Handle HR-related matters and computation of casual labour pay.
  • Source and liaise with new vendors and suppliers.

Admin
  • Perform administrative duties

  • Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned
  • Research required information
  • Source for new vendors and suppliers
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers
  • Perform comparison and analysis
  • Data entry
HR
  • Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record
  • Computation of casual labour pay and CPF contributions
  • Act as touchpoint for HR‑related matters
Sales & Marketing
  • Source for new event venues
  • Liaise with vendors
  • Handle queries and feedback
Requirements
