Job Title: Clerk, OPN - Private Banking Operations SG

Entity: Singapore

Division: Group Operations

Department: Private Banking Operations (PBO)

Job location: SLT

Job Purpose: Provide support on the day-to-day activities in account opening and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Private Bank Governance team on account reviews and KYC documentation.
  • Scan document and perform record keeping on account opening, maintenance and reviews.
  • Liaise with Administration team on invoice billing and payment.
  • Support MIS reporting for Private Bank.
  • Tracking of SLA.
  • Handle enquiries from Private Banking Business relating to account opening and maintenance.
  • Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  • Upload document in Norkom system.

Key Dimension of Impact: Non-financial: significant volume in PB Operations.

Job Specification

Qualifications: Secondary and above.

Relevant Work Experience: More than 3 years of related experience.

Required Competencies and Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Travel Requirements: Nil.

Key Personal Interactions: Internal - RM from Business Unit; Compliance; Governance, Admin Unit (Daily).
